How To Properly Address Wedding Invitations
Literally, wedding is special day for every couple's lives. This is the time where every attendees get to enjoy sharing momentous event with the groom and bride. However, planning and preparing to make this event a success is not an easy task. Most couple would find it very stressful thinking they have long list of to-dos. Properly addressing wedding invitations in particular, just like preparing wedding accessories such as jewelries, outfits, wedding favors and more needs to be prepared and planned well ahead of time. How to make it, follow the ideas bellow:
- Confirm the compilation lists of guests' contact information. Double check if addresses and number of invitations are correct.
- Find a good space where to begin working for invitation. The space should have enough area where to write or type in addition to the area where to spread out some other needed stuff.
- How to write names? Sources to be found by researching using Internet. Few rules like names should be written completely, and avoid writing nicknames unless a certain person prefer going with it.
- Must-include to write are street address or P.O. Box after the names. Next line is the city, state and zip code. And again, these informations should be written completely except if he/she is from D.C.
- Double checking important information is always a wise idea. Verify correct zip codes of cities and states from local post offices that have better knowledge with those matter. Or for more convenience, consider researching online.
- Don't forget to include invitation materials like venue information, maps, response cards and envelopes and menu information inside the envelopes.
- Finish them by pasting stamp and a return address label. Seal it...then mail it.
