Free shipping is available for orders with a minimum purchase of $149.00* to be shipped by UPS ground only in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii is excluded from this free ground shipping promotion. One per physical address only.
Normal processing time will apply. Rush orders are not included for this promotion. Phone and faxed orders are not be eligible for this promotion.
This promotion does not include purchases made through third-party Web sites, including Amazon.com, Carlson Craft Invitations, Cathys Concept and Cathy's Express.
Returning items
When a customer orders an item and receives the free shipping promotion, any or all items returned will be subjected to the original shipping charge; therefore the shipping portion will be charged to the customer minus the items being returned. Customers must still pay for any return shipping when applicable.
Orders that receive free shipping due to any Free Ship promotions may get charged for shipping charges if the customer returns any portion (or the entire order) of the purchase which causes total sales amount to fall below the required free ship rate ($149.00).
American Bridal reserves the right to deduct any portion of the Free Shipping charge that is going to be charged back to customer against the returned item. Therefore, refunded amount for returned item may not result in any actual refund if item is less than the standard rate for shipping and handling for the total re-adjusted amount of purchase.
Coupons & Free Shipping Offer
Free shipping offer* is valid only on orders where the total amount exceeds $149.00 after the use of any discounts or coupons.
This promotion is subject to change without written or prior notice.
Products that may require more lead time will have availability time posted in each product page.
Some products maybe shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse or from our fulfillment centers.
In cases where the product is out of stock, but we are expecting the product to arrive to our warehouse, your account will still be charge prior to shipment in order to process your order and put it on high priority.
Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apartment numbers, or Suite number for business addresses delivery. Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient delivery information, shipping company will charge an additional delivery fee or address correction fee ($5.00 -$10.00), which will in turn be passed on to you. Please also provide a street address in addition to a PO Box number, even if you normally use a PO Box. No item can be shipped to a PO Box due to weight. If you are not home during the day, you may wish to ship to a work address. If your order is going to your work address, be sure to include the floor number and the suite number and any a business name would be helpful as well.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as shipping destination will be receive by the customer. If package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt.
In the event customer makes any alteration to shipping address after package has been scanned into the UPS system, American Bridal is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes made by the customer.
