Product as expected/But slow service

The end result was as expected. I suppose the delay was from the embroidery, but it took a lot longer than I would have expected...as in several weeks. I emailed their customer service, just to check on status and never heard anything back. I was nearing the point of cancelling the order, and then they arrived. So, if you are considering these, and having them personalized, order early!

Our items can take a week or two to produce and transit time is in addition to that - so sometimes it can feel like it takes a while to get your items in the mail. In the future, if you correspond with our Customer Service team via email, I recommend keeping an eye on your Spam folder. Sometimes our emails get filtered in to Spam with Hotmail. I hope you were able to enjoy your items for your big event!
