Most orders leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please estimate about 7-10 days for delivery time from the date the order is released to UPS.

On orders that require engraving please add another (1) business day, if there are more than 3 items to be engrave please add 2 business days. Most merchandise will be efficiently delivered via United Parcel Service(UPS).

Products that may require more lead time will have availability time posted in each product page.

Due to the oversize package for the items on the section of Hotel Silver, only one oversize package per order form. Exmaple: If you need to order two or more cake plateaus, please place seperate orders for each piece.

Some products maybe shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse or from our fullfillment centers.

In cases where the product is out of stock, but we are expecting the product to arrive to our warehouse, your account will still be charge prior to shipment in order to process your order and put it on high priority. All prepaid orders will have priority over non-paid orders, and will be shipped first.

Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apartment numbers, or Suite number for business addresses delivery. Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient delivery information, shipping company will charge an additional delivery fee or address correction fee ($5.00 -$10.00), which will in turn be passed on to you. Please also provide a street address in addition to a PO Box number, even if you normally use a PO Box. Some items cannot be shipped to a PO Box due to weight. If you are not home during the day, you may wish to ship to a work address. If your order is going to your work address, be sure to include the floor number and the suite number and any a business name would be helpful as well.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as shipping destination will be receive by the customer. If package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt.

In the event customer makes any alteration to shipping address after package has been scanned into the UPS system, American Bridal is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incurr as a result of changes made by the customer.
