Preparing Your Order to Ship
Most orders leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days (not including weekends). Once your order is ready, it will be shipped at the priority / speed you selected during checkout. Products that may require more lead time will have availability time mentioned on the product page. Some products may be shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse or from our fulfillment centers.
In cases where a requested product is temporarily out of stock, your account may still be charged prior to shipment of the order. Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as apartment or suite numbers for delivery to business addresses. Your shipping address will automatically be verified via USPS before your order is placed. Please double check as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address given to us is in fact the right one. If package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt.
If you do make a mistake with your shipping address, please attempt to reach customer service as soon as possible. We will do the best we can to make sure we correct your order. Please note, if this request is received after the package is ready to ship, we are not responsible for delays or additional charges that may be incurred.
A Note on Free Shipping
Normal order processing time will apply on orders qualifying for free shipping (when available). Rush orders and international orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions. To be eligible for free shipping, your cart must meet a minimum order value after applying any coupons and receiving a new, lower sub total. Orders placed by phone or by fax are not eligible for free shipping. If you choose to return items, you may be subject to shipping charges. All free shipping promotions are subject to change without written or prior notice.
