This cosmetic case can be embroidered with initials or a monogram at an additional charge. Please enter each initial in is respective box, i.e. for the name "Margaret Frances O’Connor," M = First Name Initial, F = Middle Name Initial, and O = Last Name Initial.

• For Monogram Font, initials will appear in the order of First-Last-Middle.
• For Straight Initials, initials will appear in the order of First-Middle-Last.
• For a Single Initial, please enter only one letter in the "Single Initial" box.

The size of embroidery may vary due to various font styles and number of characters.
