All veils are shipped in a plastic bag with a square tag attached to the metal comb. Please do not remove the square tag until you are sure that you will be keeping the veil. Any veils not in its original shipped condition will not be returnable.

Our veils are made of high quality nylon tulle and because their is no other way to ship the nylon tulle, it may arrive to you wrinkled. We offer exception value in our veil pricing, shop around and compare we can save you a lot of money.

Wrinkle tip:

Veils may arrive to you wrinkled. Please hang the veil on a hanger and place it in the bathroom for a few days in which it will be expose to steam (during showers), the steam will diminish the wrinkle in the nylon tulle. If you're in a rush, you may use a steamer to steam out the wrinkle. Do not use direct hot iron!!! Do not iron nylon tulle, this will cause the nylon to melt and may be flamable.

Tiara's must be in its original plastic sealed packaging to be returnable.

Hair clips must have its original square tag to be returnable.
